International Customs & Import Taxes

Customs, Taxes, and Duties for European Union & UK Orders

International orders shipped to the European Union and the UK may be subject to import taxes, Value Added Tax (VAT), and customs duties levied by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout and are the buyer's responsibility. Import fees will be collected by your local post or courier service upon delivery.

Import Taxes & Duties for United States Orders

Good news for our US customers! All orders shipped to the United States are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means all applicable taxes, import duties, and customs clearances are calculated and included at checkout. You will not receive any unexpected fees or import duties upon delivery.

Shipping:

-Please make sure your address is correct. You are responsible for ensuring that your address is updated, complete, and accurate. If your address is wrong or incomplete you will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the cost to reship.

-If a parcel is returned because it wasn't picked up, the buyer is responsible for the cost of the re-delivery.

-Items ready-made will ship within 3-5 days of ordering. Tracking will be emailed to you when shipped. If I am out of town and cannot meet this deadline I will email you directly as soon as possible with more information!

-If you need a return address, please email me at bisoncabin91@gmail.com. I do not publicly share my address, as I work from home. Please note that I am not responsible for items lost in transit if they are returned, so I recommend purchasing insurance for those items.
