Refund Policy

I take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of my work. If you experience any structural or quality issues with your item, please contact me at bisoncabin91@gmail.com
 So I can assess and repair the issue.

Please note that I do not accept returns or issue refunds. Be sure to carefully check all sizing and product details before placing your order.

Shipping

-All items include free worldwide shipping. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

-USA customers: All items ship without unexpected duties or customs fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price — no hidden charges

-Please make sure your address is correct. You are responsible for ensuring that your address is updated, complete, and accurate. If your address is wrong or incomplete, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the cost to reship.

-If a parcel is returned because it wasn't picked up, the buyer is responsible for the cost of the re-delivery.

Processing Times:

Ready to Ship Items: Shipping processing times are 1-5 business days.

Custom Order Items: The minimum processing time is usually two weeks. The processing or lead time will be listed in the description of your deposit listing. 

Lost or Delayed Packages

-The parcel has been lost during transit, as it hasn't been tracked for over 25 days. Please note that this situation may not apply if there is an emergency affecting deliveries worldwide. In such cases, I cannot be held responsible for the transit time of your order.

 - Please inform me if the tracking information is not updated. I'll contact Japan Post directly to locate the parcel if the package is indeed lost.

- If you see that tracking is not moving after your package has landed in your country, please let me know. I will initiate an inquiry directly with Japan Post.

Cancellation Policy

Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. However, if you have special circumstances, please email me with the details and include your order number in the subject line. If your order has not yet shipped, I’ll do my best to help. Once an item has been shipped, cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not possible.

-I reserve the right to cancel orders I do not feel comfortable accepting/ shipping, and then I will make a full refund. It does not apply to custom orders.

Custom Order 

-I welcome custom orders and love bringing unique ideas to life! If you’re interested in a custom leather piece, feel free to contact me or email me at bisoncabin91@gmail.com. I will review your request and let you know if it can be made.

If accepted, we can discuss the details further to ensure your vision comes to life. I look forward to creating something special for you!
