I regret to inform you that I do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

If your purchased product arrives damaged, please email me with detailed photographs within 72 hours of receiving the package. I will then provide you with a shipping label to return the item for repair or replacement at no cost to you, based on my assessment.

If 72 hours have passed since delivery, you will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from me, but the repair or replacement will still be free of charge.
